Findings

A working session over the report. Every finding gets a verdict in writing, and you pick what gets built, if anything. The audit fee is credited in full toward any build.

The Build

Each workflow is assembled in n8n, tested on real data in a sandbox, and demoed to you before it goes on duty. Every workflow is quoted on its own, before work starts. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Go-live & handoff

The automations go live and we take over running them. Your data, contacts, and accounts stay in your name; the workflows we build, own, and operate for you — all of it documented, so nothing is a black box.

The Patrol

From here on you have someone to ask. Any question, any time, with no per-question bill — whether a tool is worth buying, what to automate next, or why something looks off. We also host it on our n8n and Vercel at no separate bill to you, watch every automation (failures page us, not you — fixed within one business day), and keep your SOPs current as the tools change. Building a new workflow is quoted on its own, separately from this.
